As a PMH employee you and your family members have access to FREE and CONFIDENTIAL counseling services through the Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) with your Manitoba Blue Cross.
All of us confront difficult situations throughout our lives (personal or work). Sometimes these concerns are more than we can handle alone.
You can arrange an appointment to speak to a counsellor by calling 1-800-590-5553 or 204-786-8880. Counselling sessions are strictly confidential. No one from PMH will be made aware that you have accessed these services.
Have your ID Card ready when you call. You will be asked for your client and certificate numbers.

The posted schedule at the applicable site is the true schedule. The schedule showing on QSS may not be up to date or completely accurate. The schedule on QSS can be used as a tool for employees to do long term planning – for example, vacation.
2023 Tax year T4 slips are now available to all staff via QSS website.
